How long does it take to produce and install systems?
Once sizes and colours are approved, most orders take 2 to 4 weeks in our Al-Rai factory, then one to three days of installation depending on project size.
Do prices include glass and installation?
Yes. Our quotes include glass, hardware, installation and warranty, with every item listed separately.
What warranty do you offer?
10 years on finish and profiles, 2 years on hardware and motors, with scheduled maintenance service.
Do you offer a free site survey?
Yes, surveys and measurements are free within Kuwait.
How do I clean aluminium windows?
Water, mild soap and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive products.
